The Artful Musician singing-based music school inspires participants of all ages to gain confidence in their musical ability and encourages family music activities in the home.

We offer in-person classes in Provo AND the NEW addition of an online Sing Me A Story class. Please take a look around and read about our classes with the links below, but come back to this page to register to make sure you get your 10% off discount!!! (For monthly classes, the discount is for the first month only.)

CORE MUSIC EDUCATION

Using the Kodály approach to music education, these classes will use the voice as the main instrument in building step-by-step music skills in school-aged children through the use of singing games, folk songs, and art music. (great for elementary-aged children or homeschoolers)

FAMILY CLASSES

Focuses on early childhood music development, and creating strong family bonds through joyful music experiences. Participants can look forward to ideas and resources for using music in your home.

ENRICHMENT CLASSES

These classes provide tools and experiences that help create well-rounded, joyful musicians as well as foster wholesome community and family activities.

CHOIRS

New this year, our children’s and adolescent and adult choirs are the performing aspect of our program where participants will learn to sing as a group, develop choral skills, and enjoy learning a wide variety of choral works, from folk songs to music of the great composers.

The Mom & Tot classes cost $40/month for 1 child, $50/month for 2+ children in the same household. Some months will be prorated, according to holiday schedules. I agree to pay these fees by or before the first day of class EACH MONTH. (Please check with Mrs. McLaughlin for payment options.) For your first month, you will pay the 1st month and supply fee today using this form through Paypal. Sing Me A Story

FEES^*

The In-Person Sing Me A Story classes cost $30/month for 1 child, $40/month for 2+ children in the same household. Some months will be prorated, according to holiday schedules. The Online Sing Me A Story classes cost $10/month OR purchase the full 9-month course for $80. I agree to pay these fees by or before the first day of class EACH MONTH. (Please check with Mrs. McLaughlin for payment options.) For your first month, you will pay the 1st month and supply fee today using this form through Paypal (or if you choose the online full course you will pay the complete price). The Children's Choir cost $40/month for each child + $50 supply fee in September & January. The Family Choir costs a supply fee of $100/person in October & January.
