Fill out the 2025-26 Registration Form.
Each prospective student will need to fill out the form and select which class(es) they would like to attend.
Register
before midnight September 1st to receive a
discount of $10/month/class for entire
school year!
A $25 deposit fee is required to hold a spot for each class.
(For example, if you sign up for “Music Adventures” and “Sing Me A Story” then your deposit will be $50.)
When the registration form is submitted, you will be taken to Paypal where you can pay your deposit fee.
This fee will go towards the first semester or monthly payment OR if you have a Utah Fits All Scholarship, the fee will be reimbursed in full when your scholarship money is applied.
BY the first class, you can pay your first semester or monthly fee and your supply fee using any of the following:

If you have a UFA Scholarship, you will pay through your ClassWallet.
If you do not have a UFA Scholarship:
